Service Description. This Site describes Deck Building, Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Room Addition, Flooring Services, Drywall Services, Siding Services, House Painting provided by R&S construction. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. R&S construction (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. R&S construction may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

As-Is Basis. https://rsconstructionsouthlaketahoe.com is provided on an "as is" basis. R&S construction makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, R&S construction's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid R&S construction in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold R&S construction harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
